UW33 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "UW33 Platform" refers to the uw33.my website, the UW33 mobile app and all services provided by UW33.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds a valid account on the UW33 platform.
• "Bet" refers to any real-money bet placed by a Member through any product available on the UW33 platform.
• "Account Funds" refers to the cash balance (in RM) in a Member's account at any given time, including deposits, winnings and released bonuses.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, cashback, promotional offers or any other financial incentive offered by UW33 to Members.
• "Wagering Requirement" (wagering requirement) refers to the total amount a Member must wager before a bonus can be converted into real withdrawable cash.
• "RM" refers to the Malaysian Ringgit, Malaysia's official currency used for all transactions on the UW33 platform.

To register and use the UW33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years old on the registration date.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident based in Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not listed on any active self-exclusion programme.
• Not using this platform on behalf of any third party — all bets must be placed for your personal account only.

UW33 account registration is free and open to all individuals who meet the stated eligibility criteria. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, current and complete information as required in the registration form.
• Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date at all times.
• Register only one account only – holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing account access with anyone.
• Notify UW33 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

UW33 reserves the right to reject any individual's registration application without providing a reason. UW33 also reserves the right to terminate any account found to contain false or misleading information at any time.

All financial transactions on the UW33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). UW 33 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• GrabPay – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• DuitNow – instant deposit via your bank account
• FPX – supports Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, and other major Malaysian banks
• Boost – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• ShopeePay – instant deposit, minimum RM10

To make a withdrawal, Members must submit a request through the withdrawal page in their account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal is RM30,000.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the payment method.
• Members must complete the identity verification process (KYC) before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same Member's name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• UW33 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security review or compliance purposes. In such cases, our team will contact the Member within 24 hours.

All bets placed through the UW33 platform are subject to the following rules. Product-specific rules for each category (sports, e-sports, baccarat, lottery, slots) are also available on their respective product pages.

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled once placed, except in cases specifically stated in the relevant product rules.
• UW33 reserves the right to void or cancel bets placed on events that have been cancelled, postponed by more than 12 hours, or settled under suspicious circumstances.
• Odds displayed on the platform are shown in a fixed format. UW33 reserves the right to amend odds before a bet is confirmed in certain circumstances, such as technical errors.
• In the case of suspended badminton matches, Malaysia Super League football, EPL, and e-sports events, all bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable product rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are as displayed in each betting market and may vary depending on the event and bet type.
• UW33 reserves the right to restrict or refuse bets from any Member without providing a reason if suspicious betting activity is detected.

UW33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into real withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses are for the personal use of the Member only and may not be transferred to another account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• UW33 reserves the right to withdraw, void, or modify the terms of any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses obtained through illegitimate means, including opening multiple accounts or providing false information, will be voided and the associated account balance may be forfeited.
• Special promotions tied to Malaysian celebrations such as Hari Raya, Hari Merdeka, and Chinese New Year are subject to specific terms that will be stated in the respective promotion announcement.

UW33 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Multiple account ownership – creating more than one UW33 account using the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or devices.
• Use of automated software – using bots, automated scripts or any third-party software to automate betting or platform access.
• Money laundering – using the UW33 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Payment fraud – using unauthorised, stolen or third-party payment methods to deposit into your UW33 account.
• Bug exploitation – deliberately exploiting technical errors, bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Collusion – colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes in live casino games or any other product.
• Threats and harassment – harassing, threatening, or abusing UW33 customer support staff or other community members.

UW33 employs a sophisticated fraud detection system that continuously monitors all account activity. Any account suspected of breaching the above rules will be suspended immediately while an investigation is carried out.

A UW33 account may be terminated in the following circumstances:

• At the Member's Request – Members may request account closure at any time by contacting UW33 customer support. Any eligible balance will be refunded within 7 business days.
• Breach of Terms & Conditions – UW33 reserves the right to close the account of any Member found to be in breach of any part of these terms without prior notice. Funds in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
• Self-Exclusion – Members who apply for self-exclusion through UW33's responsible gambling programme will have their accounts suspended for the requested duration.
• Inactivity – Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5 or account termination in accordance with UW33's current policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, UW33 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a Member as a result of betting outcomes, whether a win or a loss.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond UW33's control, including internet outages, power failures or cyberattacks.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Member's account due to the Member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Inaccurate information or content provided by third parties on the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive damages, even if UW33 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

UW33's maximum liability to any Member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

UW33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, changes in legislation, or company policy.

When amendments are made, UW33 will:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
• Displaying an amendment notice on the platform's main page for a minimum of 7 days.
• Notifying Members via their registered email address of any material amendments.

Continued use of the UW33 platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the amendments come into effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, both parties agree to refer the dispute to a mutually appointed arbitrator, with proceedings conducted in Bahasa Melayu or English in Malaysia. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
